Dennis Fritzinger – Nature Delights Me
i am a naturalist
and as such
celebrate the seasons
and the celestial turnings
like the solstices,
of which the winter one
is coming up.
i admire the stars
and their location
in the sky,
appreciate the earth
doing its job,
circling the sun,
the sun
making its long circuit
around the milky way.
nature delights me
at every level,
so why shouldn’t i
celebrate it?
