naturally straight
Circular would
rather be an ellipse
Our thoughts loop backwards
toward themselves and the
land exaggerates the good and
bad that’s been done to it
Consequence is often
what’s not planned for
Serendipity can be
much much more
Our desires are of unreal
necessities unreached and the
land’s most alive when we again
help thrive the ever-living leaf
